We’re not Private Equity. We’re not backed by institutional investors. We are an entrepreneur-led firm, founded by a former teacher, committed to operating one business for the long-term, just like you.

What We Offer

We offer long-term ownership of the business, with a focus on employee retention and development. Equipped with a decade of experience, training and development is truly our wheelhouse. Importantly, our capital is permanent which means we make all operating decisions to serve the long-term health of the business and its team.

We are not Private Equity — our goals, values, and operating philosophy are different in four key ways:

  • We buy to hold — for good. Because we're not investing out of a fund with a deadline, we're never under pressure to sell, flip, or squeeze a business to hit a return by a certain year. What we buy, we keep forever.

  • We operate the businesses we buy ourselves, on the ground. That means local ownership in the fullest sense — where we buy is where we live, build a home, and raise a family. Private equity may install local operators, but there's no promise the value a business creates stays in the community. With us, it does — because this is our community too.

  • Every handoff is different, so we don't run yours on a clock. We take the time to learn what makes your business great from the person who built it — you — and we're not coming in with a template to paste over what already works.

  • We're not backed by the big guys. This is an entrepreneurial project — a family business we're building over decades, not just another deal. We're capable, ambitious operators who respect what you've built, and who see more than the numbers on a spreadsheet.
